CDT range codes (TTY=HT) are not official CDT codes and may not be used in value sets. The UMLS Metathesaurus creates these range codes as a representation of categories within CDT.
HCPCS Level I: CPT codes are identical to a subset of CPT codes. Consult with your program director and CMS to determine whether you should use HCPCS Level I, or CPT, as your code system for your value set.
HCPCS Level II codes are additional codes created and maintained by Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
CVX continuously updates their vaccine codes and does not natively version their code system. When VSAC updates CVX in VSAC, VSAC creates a "Code System Version" for CVX based on the most recent date available in the CVX table column "Date Last Updated." See: CDC's CVX Vaccines Administered.
Represents remapping codes that have become inactive.
Note: When applicable, Remap Info includes white codes in either the Code or Remap Code column to expose for you the history of the remapping in the code system. We do not recommend adding inactive codes to your value set.

The IN operator is equivalent to multiple OR clauses and allows you to specify one or multiple values from your Code Clipboard.
Operation not allowed: an intersection of two single concepts will result in an empty code list. If you intend to union these concepts, use OR instead.
This action will add to your current list of codes in your selected IN clause. If you need more advanced editing of this clause’s codes, choose Advanced Code Editing.
Warning: Identical clauses. To fix this, change the operators or the codes.
Warning: Include clause and Exclude clause are identical and will result in zero codes. To fix this, change the operators or the codes for either the Include or Exclude Codes clause.
